The Client shall pay Well Fed Photography via cash, cheque, credit/debit card, or bank transfer in accordance with the pricing presented in the invoice. Payments are due in full, unless otherwise agreed, on the date of the Photo Reveal & Ordering Session. Where a payment plan has been agreed, the client must pay 25% of the Grand Total at the time of the Photo Reveal & Ordering Session and in accordance with the agreed payment schedule thereafter. Clients availing of a payment plan will incur a €50 administration fee. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed. Clients wishing to submit a change request must do so via email (to email@example.com) within 24 hours of their order and understand that approved change requests will incur a €50 administration fee. Order changes may only be availed of in instances where Family Art orders have not yet been sent to the lab. Where changes result in an order being of greater value than the original order, the differing amount plus €50 administration fee must be paid in full once the change request has been approved by Well Fed Photography. In instances where requests are made for changes to Family Art products of a lesser value to the original order, the Client will receive a Well Fed Photography credit note for the difference and the €50 administration fee must be paid in full upon approval of the change request by Well Fed Photography. Where a credit note has been received, it may be applied to Well Fed Photo Sessions, Gift Vouchers, and Family Art products. Credit notes expire one year from the date of issue. If using a No Cash Value Gift Voucher, the voucher amount must either be used in full at the time of purchase or where there is a remaining balance, the balance must be forfeited (in other words, it cannot be applied to multiple purchases).
