Our greatest desire is for you to have positive, memorable, and quality experiences from start to finish.

An important part of creating positive experiences is protecting the health and well-being of our clients, ourselves, and others. As such, we have implemented important safety protocols for the delivery of our services.

The information below provides a brief overview of the steps we are taking to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We thank you for your observance of these safety measures and look forward to being of service to you soon!

Consultation Calls

We are now facilitating Consultations virtually via Google Meet and have implemented a simple booking platform which allows you to match your availability with our own.

Consultations are the perfect start to your Well Fed Experience. They assist us in determining which Photo Session(s) may be best suited to your needs and they offer a fantastic opportunity to learn more about all of the amazing ways you can enjoy the photographs after your Photo Session is complete.

Protocols for the Safe Delivery of Our Services

We have created important safety procedures for all of our services – including Photo Sessions, Photo Reveal & Ordering Sessions, and the Delivery of Family Art.

The documents below briefly outline our safety protocols for each service.

Due to guidelines changing as we learn more about COVID-19 and how it is spread, these guidelines will be regularly reviewed and revised.

Safety Declaration Form

As mentioned in our Protocols for the Safe Delivery of Our Services, clients will be required to complete a Safety Declaration Form prior the delivery of our services.

Depending on the answers of the survey, it may be necessary to reschedule our services for a minimum of 14 days.

Should signs or symptoms of COVID-19 develop between the time of answering the survey and the delivery of our services, we request that you please notify us as soon as possible.

Contact Tracing Log

As part of our Protocols for the Safe Delivery of Our Services, we are keeping a log of all in-person meetings (both professional and personal), in the event that contact tracing becomes necessary.

The following information is included in the Contact Tracing Log: name, contact details (email and phone number), as well as the date, time, location, and purpose of the meeting.

Payment Options

As an additional measure for reducing contact, we are happy to facilitate bank transfers and other contactless payment methods.

We are also offering significant savings for clients who Pre-Invest in Family Art.

Get in touch to find out more and request our full Product Guide, which outlines even more ways to save.
