Terms & Conditions
-Specific Terms & Conditions may be located alongside the original details of contests, giveaways, and special offers (via landing pages, emails, on social media platforms, etc.).
-Prizes and special offers are non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) and must be claimed by the winner only (except where forfeited).
-Specific timelines for claiming each prize, giveaway, or special offer will be outlined alongside the original details of contests, giveaways, and special offers (via landing pages, emails, on social media platforms, etc.). Prizes, giveaways, and special offers must be claimed within the specified time-frame. Where prizes and special offers are not claimed within the specified time-frame, it is understood that the prize, giveaway, or special offer will be forfeited. In instances such as these, another entrant may be selected.
-Where a contest prize is a Photo Session only, it is understood by the entrant that Family Art must be purchased separately (where desired) and that travel and other locations fees must be paid separately. Where an individual has won a Photo Session, the winner understands that s/he is under no obligation to purchase Family Art.
-Well Fed Photography’s Contract of Photographic Services – which includes full model release – must be signed prior to confirmation of any and all Photo Sessions (won or purchased). Where the winner of a Photo Session refuses to sign the Contract of Photographic Services, the winner understands that the prize will be forfeited and another entrant may be selected.
-By submitting entry forms for contests, giveaways, and special offers, entrants agree to the specific and general Terms & Conditions of the contest, giveaway, or special offer.
